Chris Myers Is Inappropriate!

Monday, January 04, 2010

It was in mid-September that I stated that FOX's Chris Myers "Comes Up With The Best Analogies", but I might have to take that title away from him after his latest attempt at humor. When discussing a sack by the Lions on Jay Cutler yesterday, Myers tried to slide in a joke about airport security that may have got him in a bit of hot water.

Ummm....I don't think anyone is going to work with you on that one. Terrorist jokes never really go over that well.

Dick Enberg commenting on Denver center Casey Wiegmann 9000 consecutive snap: "That's a lot of head between the legs time."

Dan Deidorff said a couple times during yesterday's Steelers-Dolphins game a player "just exploded on" on another player. Each time I couldn't help but laughing. Yeah, and I just turned 30 the day before.

Ummm.... I don't think anyone really cares since the joke is about Amsterdam security.

Chris Myers is one of the most talentless announcers IN ANY SPORT they put him in. His attempts at humor are frequently idiotic and insulting to the listener. Because, like FOX, it's all about HIM, not the event. Narcissistic piece of crap.

I thought it was kind of funny, if he didn't add the "work with me here" bit at the end.

Did anyone see his 'performance' on the Orange Bowl? Holy cow it was terrible!
What was that question to the Iowa QB about anyway?
