Orenthal Is Really Sorry He Robbed His Friends

Friday, December 05, 2008

If it weren't for his previous actions in court, I would say that O.J. comes across as really apologetic here, but alas....it's probably just leftover acting skills from the Naked Gun movies....

The rest of the parties are going through their final statements, and I'll be sure to update you with the verdict as soon as it goes down. Not that you care or anything.

Update: Wow....Simpson is looking at a minimum of 15 years in prison.

More like 19:

He gets 15 + 1 for weapons + two consecutive 18-72 month sentences ... he is spending at least nine years in prison:

Eligible for parole in 5, has the mandatory one year after that and then the two consecutive 1.5-6 year stints ... he will die in prison.c

The real killers are now free to play golf whenever they want knowing that the guy that's been looking for them is no longer available. :0

13 years too late, IMO. If they're smart, they'll stick him in administrative segregation; otherwise, he may very well meet a not so untimely end.

Judge: "I was trying to decide whether you were arrogant, ignorant, or both. I decided 'BOTH!'" Go Judge! That glove fits swell now, doesn't it?

just because he got off 15 years ago doesn't make it right for him to be targeted by the police and then punished in far excess of any other person in his position.

Just curious. What HOFer will address the media by stating he doesn't want his bust in the same room as OJ's?

To paraphrase Chris Rock, "If OJ drove a bus he wouldn't even be OJ. He'd be Orenthal the friend robbing kidnapper!"
