Mike & Mike Run The Bases At Yankee Stadium

The two ESPN Radio personalities are in the midst of some Pentathalon thing where they are trying to find out who is the most athletic or something. After this clip it's apparently neither of them...

I've never seen two guys trying so hard to sprint but not really going anywhere. Greenie's arms make it look like he's flying, but he's really going nowhere. In the end though the times aren't all that bad and for Golic to almost beat the about 200 less pound Greenberg is rather impressive.

This blog has so slowly turned from a pulpit to critique announcing to a trumpet for third-tier, boring ESPN programming that I barely even noticed. Wow.

That's a good critique actually Sedale. I'm sorry that not everything is to your liking and I will try better in the future.

I also, don't discriminate so M&M are just as much fair game as anyone else.

Why is it surprising that a former professional football player beat a career broadcaster who has never played competitive sports at a high level? Sure, Greeny weighs significantly less but Golic is still in good shape. Its not like he is in Fridge shape. So for an athelete like Golic, who competed at the highest level of his sport, to lose a foot race to a broadcaster would just be plain embarassing.

Golic can thank all the NutriSystem POT ROAST! for that.

Golic is 9 times the size of him, Greenburg doesn't have to be a former pro athlete to beat a fat lineman. He should have smoked him.

I love AA's replies to people who think they can do better than him. The sarcasm is off the charts.

Greenie just found out that due to his great performance, he was elected to the Jewish Athlete Hall of Fame, right next to "Uncle Hank"

Gmoney - The only way AA would take Sedale seriously is if he had a better career & more bastard kids spread around the country, a la Dale Ellis.

Sad thing is, either one of them would have smoked Andruw Jones

Has Mike and Mike officially
"jumped the shark" with this contest?

Glad you showed us this clip...great site. But M&M are awful. Not one thing original or funny about that show. They take a topic and Golic takes the predictable blue collar approach while Greenberg argues the other side. I don't understand how people are entertained by this.

It's almost like they predetermine what they're going to think and stage half of their opinions...
