Commence The Bidding War For Joe Buck's Business Card!

Wednesday, July 30, 2008

There are always awesome items up for bid on Ebay, but I think this one is my new personal favorite. How often do you get the chance to bid on a business card from Sports industry superstar, Joe Buck? Not only that, but it's autographed AND the seller is throwing in an Ed Orgeron autograph too?!?!

Oh wait, nevermind the Ed Orgeron card isn't part of the auction nor is the Edward Whitcare (?) beauty either. Still though, $14.99 for a signature from announcing royalty is worth that, the $2.99 shipping and much more!

$2.99 for shipping? Why not just put the thing in an envolpe and a send it first class mail? That would make the price $.47, the price of a first class stamp, and still more than I would willing to pay.

I'm waiting for the "Cheeto shaped like Jesus on the Cross" to make its way to eBay.

...$.47 is the price of a first class stamp?

It might be worth more if Orgeron was still coaching!

Pffft, my buddy's Greg Gumbel autographed baseball is much more valuable than this trash.

speaking on behalf of all bar exam takers this week, lemme say that Whitacre is way too close to Whiteacre. I saw that on this site and thought to myself "damnit, i came here to escape, and it all gets put in my face again. Damnit Edward from At&T, your name sucks.

Hey pickitup, good luck to you and every other poor sap trying to pass the bar this week. Passed several years ago and it was one of the worst things ever. As for the Joe Buck card, doesn't it seem like it just doesn't care about being a business card?
