Soccer's Gus Johnson

I have no idea who this is but it's from Sky Sports Fanzone. The Soccer channel gets a fan from each team to announce the game, and I think they found themselves a gem.

I particularly like the use of the word "rocking" about 17,000 times.

An announcer that could learn Joe Buck (The Beautiful Game)

What about Ray Hudson? He's the "Tirs the Sise of Pineapple Chaunks" guy. Hillarious stuff.

How can anyone get so excited about a sport that is extremely boring a vast majority of the time?

That airs on Fox Soccer Channel IIRC.

Favorite part is at the end when he proclaims himself "speechless" after his 2:30 minute orgasm....

I love the idea of getting a fan from each team to announce the game - I can only imagine the bloodbath that would follow if college football tried this for rivalry week.

This is from a game late in the 2003 season. Arsenal (in red) was trying to win the league and Leeds (blue, the team that scored) was fighting not to get sent down to a lower league.

This was back when the club had some of the best players in the league, who they were forced to sell off at bargain prices in an attempt to settle debts and stay out of bankruptcy. They didn't. They're currently bankrupt and dropped down two leagues.
