Rick Majerus Should Have Chosen His Words A Bit Better

Monday, January 07, 2008

Sorry if you've seen this before, and I have no idea when this is from (or why it's just now getting to YouTube), but Steve Lavin and Rick Majerus are talking about Rudy Gay when he was in College. You can imagine what comes next. Wait for it.....waaaaait for it.....

"I'm not a big Gay guy."- Rick Majerus

Well since you have a wife I'm going to go with 1 out of the 2, and Lavin chuckling at you just made my day.

Definitely an old one but a classic. It was right before Rudy Gay was drafted.

Steve Lavin was trying so hard not to laugh.

Side note: Majerus isn't a "big Gay guy," but then he talks about Rudy having a "jet body."

Give Majerus a break, he currently resides in Matt Vasgersian's favorite city.

RJBO, don't forget "I really like those guys that are rock solid."

While he claims he's "not a big Gay guy," he does say he likes guys that are "rock solid."

He seems a little confused.

I'd rather see this than another clip of Roger Clemens.

I remember seeing a commentator for one of the UConn games say, "How about that Gay penetration!!"

Majerus has always had a hard-on (ahem) for bashing UConn. Him saying UConn had no chance of winning in '99 still rates him as an idiot in my book.

Now when analysts talk about a player's "length", I hit mute and usher my child out of the room...
