The "Patriots Cheating" , And The "No One Wants Temple To Ever Win Again" Videos

Monday, September 17, 2007

Just wanted to share two videos that have come across the AA desk. The first was sent by a concerned Temple Owls fan who is steaming after Big East (Thanks rs27) MAC officials called a go-ahead TD with 40 seconds left for the Owls incomplete.

Wow. That seems pretty obvious, and it seems like he got that foot down twice. Once when he might not of had control and once when he most certainly did have control. Dreadful officiating in that contest.

The other might not be knew to you, but you can always watch it again. This clip was sent to Jay Glazer at Fox Sports and aired yesterday during the pregame show.

Wow....talk about blatant, but the thing I don't really understand is that you can do this with photos and binoculars from the stands. Upping the ante and doing it with video is the next logical progression.

If they're stealing audio of signals with illegal mics on defensive players that's one thing, but I think one draft pick for this practice suits the crime. Maybe I'm wrong.....feel free to throw your opinions in the comments.

P.S.- When did Jay Glazer become African-American?

From the pics that we saw earlier, it looked lke the cameraman was right behind the Jets coaches on their bench but here he is clearly shooting from across the field. I don't think this is the actual tape.

It was actually MAC officials that worked that Temple game

So, if they are using that tape for later, and that's how it's cheating, how does putting it on national television help? Doesn't that now give every single team in the league a little bit of a boost? I mean, except for the Jets?

But it was Big East Review Officials up in the booth.

I was at the game and I'm a UCONN fan. From my vantage point, he was in. I heard from one of the reporters that the best view on the replay was blocked by a security guard. so yes they did get hosed.
