Big Money! Big Money!!! No wammies!!! And............Stop!

As soon as the Padres' season ends, XX Sports Radio will unveil a new midday lineup that will feature a syndicated show hosted by Dan Patrick. The exact time isn't set, but Patrick's show – expected to be live from 9 a.m. to noon beginning Oct. 1 – will be tape-delayed here.

Program director Joe Tutino said he's still working out what the schedule will look like, but he did say, “Nobody's being demoted, released or shoved aside.”

You Sandiegans will get your DP fix soon enough! Wait, that sounds a bit nasty doesn't it???

So, according to the Program Director, a new show by a hugely popular sports-talk host is coming to his station, but nobody will have to make room for it? Riiiiight.

I guess they realize that Dan Patrick is kind of a big deal, that people know him.
