Why can't my Commodores play MSU this year?!?!? And people say Vandy should get out of the SEC. Mississippi State is in much worse shape than Vandy.

Chris Fowler has to stop bouncing after every other word.

I just wonder is Croom can get fired and nobody will play the Race Card on it. I mean, this just proves that a Black Man won't get a fair chance in Mississippi, right? Forget his current 9-26 record, and being 45 points away from fellow SEC competition in his 4th year.

Worst. Scoring bug. Ever. (Well, maybe not counting the infamous MNF bug.) Those timeout indicators will go right up there with last year's infamous NFL on Fox "quarter dots" as among the worst graphical decisions ever made.

The graphics on CSTV need a major overhaul. They had a running crawl on the bottom of the screen that kept repeating the same lacrosse and college b-ball news over and over. During the football opener ??

Plus the score graphic on the top took up almost a third of the screen. It was like watching a widescreen movie with the black bars on top and bottom...

Mississippi State lost at home to friggin Maine a few years ago. Even though I am a Black Bear alum, that is still pretty pathetic for the Bulldogs to lose to a 1-AA team like that.

I wonder how MSU folks felt when, instead of showing the 30-second promo spot about how "it's great to be from State" (or whatever) during one of the first TV timeouts, ESPN ran the Ole Miss promo? The University of Mississippi spot featured archival footage of William Faulkner, followed by a grinning Ed Orgeron seated in front of Faulkner's manual typewriter at the Faulkner museum in Oxford which Ole Miss operates in the writer's former home. Oops!
