So how many did I get right? 2 out 8. How many do I think are bs? The rest.....I mean Al Michaels??? Come on. Did they see the clip with him bitching about indoor fireworks? That's hard-hitting play-by-play right there.

This whole Awards thing just goes to show the common man, that the Sports Industry still knows nothing about what Sports Fans like. Here's the Network breakdown.....

NBC 9, ABC 4, ESPN 4, TNT 4, Fox 3, HBO 3, CBS 1, ESPN.com 1, ESPN2 1, FSN 1, NFL Network 1

UPDATE: From SBD comes this Jim Nantz quote....

Before announcing the first winner, CBS’ Jim Nantz drew laughter when he approached the podium and said, “This just in. With the 22nd pick in the NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns select Brady Quinn.” Later in the evening, ESPN’s Mark Jackson joked that another presenter, ESPN's Suzy Kolber, would be late to the show because she might still be in the green room with Quinn.
D***s. Brady will now destroy you with his beautiful eyes like the X-men's Cyclops.

Fox baseball? Surely, you can't be serious. The people who lost must feel like real losers.

I like NASCAR but TNT/NBC does a TERRIBLE job with the races. I mean, comparing their NASCAR coverage to any of the other nominees is like comparing "The Godfather" to that awful Ben Afflick movie "Gili" or whatever it was called!!!!! TNT SUCKS!! I'm glad they only have 6 races this year.
